Sent out my first newsletters a few days back (paul@cdrs.com.au) and everything seemed to be going great - until today when all the stats disappeared. Any reason why that should happen? |

Hi paul,
Well, probably not the best timing for first impressions for you, but the system hit a glitch last night, which caused a lot of things to go wrong. It's the first time m2news has had a major issue in the past 3.5 years since it was started, but it has been fixed now, and some reprogramming made to make sure it doesnt happen again. Your stats will be fixed soon. |

The best way to judge customer service is when things go wrong! Thanks for the quick response and the quick fix - everything is back to normal again.  |
