Help...I cant log in and system says it doesnt recognise my email....worried as Im about to finish my first newsletter for a client - hope its still there?

Hi Graham,

Your account is still in the system and I am able to login just fine.

For security reasons, I can't tell you what the email address/passwords are here on the forum, if you try "forgot password" page (http://www.m2news.com.au/login.php), it will email you the details.

If you still have issues after this, please post back.

thanks but I cant log in and when it asks for my email address it then tells me that address doesnt exist in the system???

In the sytem it's newsletter@k... (rest of the email omitted for spam and security reasons).

I have all my updated database on your server and cannot log in. account was under info@b2bcapital.com.au i need this information and my templates retrieved, i have not used the service for a couple of months and my credit card just recently expired. If i have not used the account then why are you trying to debit my credit card every month when there are no montly fees. I need the account re activated and i will provide update credit card details but i DO NOT WANT TO LOSE MY DATABASE

Hi,
Your account has been suspended for a while because despite several emails, you never logged in and updated your credit card details, and when the card details were valid (before March this year), the payment kept being declined from your December 2011 usage.

I will unsuspend your account now, please login and update your card details. Once there is a valid card, the account will automatically go from trial to full version again.
