Hi Graham,
In the subscriber groups you have a field called "Associated business name", for each group you should already have the business name filled in this field.
Once you have the groups setup correctly, then it's a simple matter of adding this tag in the newsletter subject: {business_name}
For example:
1. Hello from {business_name}
2. New products from {business_name}
You can also use this tag in the newsletter body it self, it will be replaced by the value you set in each groups "Associated business name" field.
Thank you |

Thanks Quads but how do I edit that field for an existing group and how do I keep that intact for the next email IO send out? |

To edit the field:
1. Click on Subscribers link on the left hand side.
2. Find the group you would like to edit and then click on the "select an action" dropdown menu
3. Select "Edit this group" option
That'll take you to a page where you can edit the details for the group, and you can repeat the steps for any number of groups that you have.
Once you've edited a group, the values will be kept intact and will not change unless you edit the group once again and change the details.
Thank you

Ok, I see that but what worries me is that I set that up for my PBN group as "BPN Newsletter" but it somehow reverted in today's send to the group as "July Newsletter from Kelly Communications Pty Ltd" - a bit embarrasing with the client too

before you send the newsletter, read the subject of it. If it is not what you want, then instead of choosing 'send this newsletter' from the list of actions, choose 'rename this newsletter' and then enter the subject you want.
As a side note, the subject cannot change by itself, or revert to it's former state, it can only change when you type a new subject. If you create a new newsletter, then the subject is set by default as "[month] newsletter from [business name]" which you can change when you first create the newsletter, or at any time thereafter by renaming it. |
