Hi there,
I have received an email regarding late payment of an invoice - I have the understanding that my account is paid automatically with my credit card details which you have - this is stated on the site - could you please then explain why I have received this email?

Hi,
It's probably to be for a template design. They are invoiced by Media Two, and are outside of the m2news system. Did you look at the invoice to see what it is for? |

I've had a quick look after tracking down your name, and yes, it's for a template design. I can use your details to pay that for you if you like, but in the media two payments system, there is the 2% credit card fee, which is why we offer the choice of payment methods. |
