I can't even find your email address on your website. Need to contact billing urgently.

I'll remove it for you, however, it didn't really need to be removed, because if you don't use it, then you don't get charged.

From the FAQ:
- ... If it is a trial and you don't login for more than 3 months, your account will be removed automatically. Remember, you won't be charged for having an account if you don't ever use it.
- If you have a full access account, and you don't update your credit card details in your account after it expires, then your account will be removed 4 months later after sending you a warning email.

I need to contact someone. I am getting quite frustrated with this system and it will not allow me to post a new topic in a forum! Do you have a contact phone number or e-mail address?

One of the reasons for me signing up was the feature of 'Phone support'!!! icon

Hi Karolyne,
I shall email you if you like, or you can call us, but usually, speaking doesn't work very well in most cases because when someone has an issue, we need to then go away and investigate it, and then fix it for them. And of course we can't be doing that while they are on the phone, so the only difference between wriotten and phone support is that you get to speak your problem, unless you have a lot of questions too :)
I think that's why most online applications and companies these days use support ticket systems.

My email to you will arrive soon.

Thanks,
Roger
