Ive just started using M2News to create Newsletters. But the system regularly logs me out when I switch from different pages within the editing area.
Does anyone else have the same problem? Ive disabled my firewall, thinking this may be the problem, but it made no difference

Hello Fiona,

Could you please answer these questions and I will find out why it's doing that.

1. Does it log you out as soon as you login or it is very random?
2. Are you by any chance trying to edit more than one newsletter at the same time in multiple editors/tabs/windows?
3. What browser are you using? and what version?
4. Are you on windows (XP, Vista) or a Mac?

Thank you

Hi, to answer your questions...
It logs me out after 2 or 3 mins. I may be in reporting, by the time Ive scrolled through a few stats, and click on say "Link Stats" I need to sign in again to see the next page.
I only have one M2News window open, and am not trying to edit/look at more than one page at a time
The same things happens on both Firefox and IE7
Many thanks
Fiona
PS Do you have an email address where I can contact support? The Contacts page says email contact is available, but doesnt give the address. The phone number on this page doesnt ring, with the response at my end being 'number is busy'

Hi,

As you're the only one who has this issue in the last 3 years, then the reason is somthign to do with your computer, perhaps you have cookie blocking software running, that removes the cookie the site leaves on your computer which keeps you logged in.

Try disabling your firewall if you have a software based one (Symantec internet security for example) as a test and logging in and seeing what happens
Make sure your privacy settings in your browsers are at the default medium level.

This is the place to get support, rather than phoning or sending emails, as this is monitored by 3 support staff.
