Hi,
How do I download the subscribers who have read the newsletter that I have sent? I want to check off to a list to find out who didn't open it.
How do I find out what duplicate addresses exist - when I use the delete duplicates option - does it come up there and I just didn't see them?
How do you know who the email was forwarded to - I see it tracks IP addresses but how do I know who that is? Is there a site that tells you who owns an IP address?
I have on our stats that someone did a webform however I cant see who - how do I find this out?
That someone subscribed using the webform?
There weren't any bounces on the email last week which I thought was strange and I logged in today to find a large amount of bounces - is this right and how come there were no bounces in the first 4 days?
I can see it tracks what links people click on however some of them say 5 links but when I look at which links, it says only one - does that mean that they have clicked on the same link 5 times? |

You can download a CSV file by going to REPORTS > click a newsletter you wish to view, click on OPEN STATS tab, and then click on "Download subscribers who opened this newsletter" link

Go to SUBSCRIBERS, then select REMOVE DUPLICATES FROM THIS GROUP option from the dropdown of any group that you have, the next page will list any duplicates if you have any, else it will tell you don't have any.

There is no way to know who is connected to a specific IP address, unless you are the police and go and question the ISP who has the IP address allocated to them to for their users. Plus, it is against privacy laws to know who people forward their emails to.

There is an option wehn you click a subscriber group to show those who subscribed via the webform.

That is correct, because the system keeps trying to send the email until it gets a complete failure message back from the destination server. Plus - it takes a while to process all those emails.

Yes. They clicked it five times, or they forwarded the newsletter, and the that person clicked it too. So it's a combined count. |
