Hi,
I have successfully uploaded and inserted several images into a newsletter I am working on, but yesterday and this morning (using two different computers), I have run into a problem when I try to upload another image.
I click on the "Insert or modify an image" icon and the new window comes up. I then browse to the image I want to upload (11kb, dimensions = 250x194), but when I click the "Go" button, my browser crashes (I am using Internet Explorer Version 7.0.5730.13). I wondered if there was something wrong with the image, but I tried another small image file and that caused the same problem.
Are you able to see what the problem is? Thanks, - Peter |

Hi,
This is due to the latest "upgrade" to the internet explorer browser. If you use Firefox, you won't have a problem www.firefox.com |

Thanks Roger. I thought if I stayed with IE7, I'd be OK. I didn't even realise there had been an update applied to my browser, but you were right. When I installed Firefox, the image uploaded perfectly. Once that is done, I can go back to IE7 to complete the edits. Unfortunately, the (vast) majority of my subscribers are using IE, so I need to make sure the document looks OK in that browser. - Peter |
