Hi there,
I just tried to delete the bounces from my subscriber list. I still seem to have the same number of subscribers, however. But no bounced addresses show up any more.
When I deleted, I selected all the addresses on the first screen, and deleted, and it asked me whether I wanted to delete 50 subscribers. I said yes. When I did that, I got a page with only one email on it, which I also deleted. After that, no more emails showed up in "bounces", even after a logout, but the subscriber number stayed at 2920, which I think is what it was before.
There should have been nearly 850 emails to delete, and only about 2100 subscribers remaining, so something is going on there.
The email list is the one for the Writers' Studio, by the way...
Any way of telling whether they did in fact all get deleted, or if not why they are now not showing up?

Hi Ben,
Thank you for reporting this bug.
Most of the subscribers were deleted when you removed them from the bounced list, some are still there. The bug has been fixed, so you will not have any problems with it now.
The page shows about 75 bounced subscribers at a time to speed up the process, if you have more than 75 bounced subs then you will have to delete them one page at a time.
