Hi, I set up a newsletter to be sent today at 11am (Qld time) but it does not seem to have happened (at 12pm Sydney time). The newsletter's name is [13] ..... and the group has the same name, 603 subscribers. There are no emails in the queue, I would have expected to have received the email by now? or is it too early ie there is a back log? Thanks, Sybille |

Hi,
the system sends to the mail server right away, then it's up to the mail server to get them sent out, (it does it in batches) then it's up to the recipients mail server to place it in the mailboxes of the recipients.
I have noticed that sometimes it's instant delivery, sometimes it isn't. |

Hi,
it has been 21h since the set time for sending the email. Something is wrong. If I resend, it might result in a double up? |

Hi,
There is nothing wrong with the system, it is more likely that the email sent to you was caught by your spam trap, of your mail server at your email box host is being slow. The system is being used by many users, all of whom are having no problem with it. What makes you think none of your 603 emails were sent? |
