I am having issues with my newsletter disappearing.

I get part way through typing it all out, then it tells me something went wrong with the site and erases what i have written.

Its happened 3 times in the last 30mins

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Clare,

It sounds like you're are using Internet Explorer, it doesn't like the newsletter editor after it has been upgraded. We'll be implementing a new editor in the system soon, but until then, I'd suggest using Firefox browser as that never has any issues.

Please let me know if you're on another system or browser.

Thank you

Yes I do use IE.

When will you be changing it so its suitable for IE?

I don't have firefox or know where to get it, and really prefer not to change to something unfamilar and have to learn how to use it.

You can download firefox from http://www.firefox.com

If you would like to read more about switching to it: http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/switch.html

We are currently conducting a limited beta of the new editor, once we iron out the bugs and compatibility issues, it will be available to everyone. If you like, I can add you in the beta list, it will begin on 1st March and go on for few weeks.

Thank you

Firefox is just another web browser, and works exactly the same as IE. about 50% of people use it instead of IE according to latest stats. Give it a try! you might prefer it.

Thanks Guys :)

I have downloaded firefox. My web host is always trying to get me to change to it too, so I have now.

I just get scared, when I upgraded to IE7 when it first come out, it was very weird

Yeah, I know what you mean about IE7 from IE6 - they moved all the buttons around, it was quite different, I never liked it either. Firefox is a lot like IE6 in layout, plus you can get different skins for it too.
