hi marianne i tried books1 I up loaded books as it is suposivly done wasted the whole night the books wouldnt save wouldnt publish some notice came up said a error was made and item cant be saved. try sending this revapoldwares@bigpond.com |

Hi,
how long did you take to edit the page? the site won't keep you logged in forever, and if you take too long you will get logged out before the changes are saved. So if it's going to take a while, I would suggest saving at regular intervals.
There is nothing wrong with the site that would make it not save your work, so that's the only thing I can think of that could be happening. |

I just edited that page and it saved ok. But that page is long enough as it is. If you have a slow internet connection, then the page probably times out before it finishes saving. Nothing that we can do about that, except tell you to make pages with less content in them.
If you have more books, Just list them in rows of text instead of uploading different sized photos of them all. It will be a lot faster to load that way, and you'll be able to list all the books on one page. If you need to have photos of all the books, use the gallery system for adding images.
The point is, the system is working fine. (we'd be hearing from about 400 other people if it wasn't!) |

Thanks for looking into it , I do have a fast internet Broadband there hasnt been a isue in uploads with that. I will try again uploading pics see how it goes cheers Dave |

Hi Dave,
We are lookign into the issue with that page, and aside from the large number of images, which shouldnt be a problem seeing as you have done it fine with other pages in your site, we can't see what might be causing it to fail to save.
We are implementing a new updated and more modern editor which will produce cleaner code, and so may solve all your problems. |

Hey Rodger I tried upload 2 boooks in books 1 the sae thing happen the unthe pic went big the books wouldnt save says errror |

Hey Rodger as I said Itried to up load books in books 1 , it wouldnt upload . I tied to upload books in the new books page it did it even upload 2 books i have been trying to up load in books1 page it all up loaded so something is wrong with books 1 &2 page that you tried to fix cheers Dave |

Hey rodger thanks books are all up loading ,1&2 is now uploading .It took abit to workout the new editor , Have been able to workout the border try to do the same border I done on my pics cant do it . another thing that is happening if can checkout the books page they are up but all the prices are intergauging with the pics want do I do to stop that? Any way cheers thanks for getting it fixed up.
