Hi there, Your service is great and has been key to being able to keep things fresh and flexible! I have an issue whereby the site has disappeared during my absence from the business for a week. I suspect that the auto credit card payment has failed. I have re-entered the CC details within the CMS settings area, but wonder what the turn-around might be for reinstating the site? Hi, Normally we try every 5 days, unless you let us know to try your card again, which you have via this, so we'll unsuspend. thanks, Roger |

Actually, upon looking closer, we haven't suspended your site, your domain has expired over at Aust Domains - so you need to login to where you registered it and renew it. Cheers, Roger |
