My domain www.perthprinterrepairs.com.au
my log in service@perthprinterrepairs.com.au
using Windows Live mail

I have set up my email address as follows
service@perthprinterrepairs.com.au

incoming mail.perthprinterrepairs.com.au
outgoing mail.iinet.com.au

I am using the correct password

no mail in our out just getting a message in Live mail saying incorrect password.....am I missing something here?icon

Hi,

you have asked for this to be set up as a forwarder, not as an email address that you can use to send with. Setting it up as a forwarder means it will forward all email sent to that account to your regular email address.

I don't know what you mean when you say you are using the correct password, as you didn't put a password into the form when you requested it, you put 'forward' which means you requested a forwarder.

If you want to set it up as an email address instead, just fill out the form again and put in the password you want.
