I registered today and i must have gien he wrong email address and now all our banking details is being sent to someone else.can you please forward all info Regarding HEALTMARKSA.COM.AU TO kidtan2000@hotmail.com please we want to get started asap.

Hi,

you have put in the correct email address, and I am setting up your account now. Even if you had put in the wrong email address we would not be sending your banking details anywhere.

Also, your login email address is kidtan2000@hotmail.com.au not kidtan2000@hotmail.com And your password is made up of 8 numbers

I have tried logging in with the password (eight digits ) tried both emails-Kidtan2000@hotmail.com.au and Kidtan2000@hotmail.com but nothing is happening i have also tried the forgotten password button and nothing is happening it is really frustrating that i cant speak to someone in regards to my problems and now I WOULD LIKE TO CANCEL MY ORDER COMPLETELY PLEASE-LET ME KNOW IF I OWE YOU FOR THE TROUBLE BUT PLEASE CANCEL OUR ORDER EFFECTIVE IMMEADETLY - it is now 16.20pm est on the 01/09/2010 .THANK YOU

It is likely that your browser has cookies turned off, which is stopping you from logging in. I am able to login with your email address and password just fine. I notice for some reason you are capitalising you email address, perhaps that's why it wasn't letting you login?
Either way, the fault is not with the system, as 500 other users have zero problems with it.

I have deleted your account as requested. Pity you don't have more patience, we might have been able to sort out your problem for you, and for free!
