I'm a potential Freesites customer. I've already made this query but, after reading some other info on this forum, I'm still not clear.
What difference, if any, does it make if I choose to register a domain name with another company while using Freesites to create and host my site? Are there things I won't be able to do with my site if the domain name is registered elsewhere (as long as the server is in Australia)?

Hi,
it makes no difference at all where you register your domain. Some customers like the convenience of registering the domain and setting up hosting with us in one easy step, but if you prefer to register your domain with someone else then that is entirely up to you. |
