Google ignores keywords but indexes sites it finds based on page content and page titles. So, it will list your site when it finds it based on that, and to help it find it quicker, you can submit your site address to Google using http://www.google.com/addurl/ |

It depends on the keywords you choose, and how much competition there is for those keywords, and how well you optimise your site by adding the keywords to your page titles and content. But there is nothing stopping your site from showing up in google if you are with freesites. |
