Hi,
A company that I was using to build my website had already purchased my domain name on my behalf, which is www.twistedwillow.com.au When I signed up with freesites I changed the nameserver settings to mediatwo as instructed. I am currently working on the content of my website but when I click the preview site button it doesn't show me the site and when I type my domain name into the browser and go to the webpage, it just says coming soon, this is how the company I was using before had it set up (a blank grey page with the words 'coming soon' in bold). If I use another computer or even the guest login on my computer and do the same thing, it shows the default coming soon page from freesites. And when I login to my freesites account on another computer or the guest login on my computer and preview the site it allows me to do so. It just seems to be the login account on my computer that I am creating the website on, doesnt allow me to preview the site or show the coming soon page from freesites. I hope that makes sense. I was just wondering if there was something in my internet settings that is preventing me from viewing it?

Hi Danelle ,
The coming soon page you see is from freesites system it self, if you would like to set your site live so it can be viewed from any computer, please log into your account, and then go to the settings page, from there you can set "coming soon" setting to NO.

Thank you for your quick rersponse.
The coming soon page I see on my computer is not from freesites it is from the other website company that was going to build my website (a blank grey screen with the words 'coming soon' in bold). If I change the setting to NO it doesnt change what I see on my computer. I cant even preview my site when I'm logged in, it shows the grey coming soon page that the other website company has set up. |

I see, when I go to http://www.twistedwillow.com.au/ i actually see the coming soon page of the freesites system, it may take your ISP a couple of hours for their DNS servers to update before you can see it. You should be able to see your site by Monday if not sooner. |

Thank you for your help. I figured out why it wasnt letting me view it, I had to click the compatability view button for some reason.  |
