Hi.. I've picked a template, typed in all my info for each page, saved it all but cannot view it at all. Also how do I upload my logo and images I want to include in it?? Getting very frustrated as this was meant to be easy to create and all I'm having is dramas!! My website address is www.mumandmemassage.com |

Hi,
as you can see here: http://who.is/whois/mumandmemassage.com/ the domain's nameservers haven't been changed, and this is why the domain isn't showing the changes you have made.
You need to log in to where the domain is registered and change the nameservers to:
dns1.mediatwo.com.au
dns2.mediatwo.com.au |

It is easy to use, as long as you put a little bit of effort into exploring the options and reading the help info.
If you'd gone to the site settings page, you'd see the area where you can upload your logo. That will put your logo at the top of the template.
As for adding images to the page, I'm not going to explain it here, as it is in the help. I take it you didn't look on the editor toolbar for a button for adding images to your page either... the system is easy to use, but unfortunately it doesn't just do it all for you! |
