If you can't login, and your site is still visible (ie hasn't been suspended) then you can use the password recovery tool to have your password emailed to you.
You can find a link to this tool when your attempt to login fails.
If you cannot recall the email address you used to login, then you will need to contact us with some proof as to who you are. A scheduled upgrade in the near future will see a security question added to the system for all accounts which you can use to identify yourself. |
