Hi, Assuming your site is www.thepamperroom.net.au - I just logged straight in to the admin area using your username and password. There are currently no issues with the system concerning the ability to login and I don't think there has been ever. Make sure you are using the correct username and password, your username is your live.com.au email address. Also make sure you dont have cookies turned off in your browser. Set all your browser's security and privacy settings to the default levels. |

Hi, Unfortunately, there isn't much we can do when there is no problem with the login system itself. I'd say there is an issue with your computer. Can you try on another computer to confirm that for me? I'll also email your login details to you in case you're entering the wrong ones. |

I see. Well being able to login from a different computer tells you that the site isnt the issue, but rather your computer. You possible have a browser hijacker or virus on there that is preventing your browser from logging in. It could be lots of diofferent reasons actually. Try restoring your computer back to when you could login and see if that fixes it. Other than that, you'd need someone proficient at computer repairs to fix it for you if you can't do so yourself. Let me know how you go. |

Hello Nova, Could you try with Firefox? Firefox is another browser, and usually does a better job than Internet Explorer (IE) If you don't already have it installed, you can download it from http://www.mozilla-europe.org/en/firefox/ If it works fine in firefox, that should tell you (and us) that it's something to do either with your connection or IE. Thank you |

No worries, you may want to scan your computer for spyware etc, you can download a good (and free) virus program from http://free.avg.com/gb-en/homepage |
