Can anyone tell me why i cant get any personal details text boxes to appear when clicked on, on the contact us page?

Also emails dont seem to be sending through to login email addy.icon

Hi,

you will have to tell us which one is yours for us to know where to look to test.

I have just tested the form at http://www.samfordchamber.com/ as an example, and it works fine. I got the email from the form instantly. The same system is used on your site, so there would be only three reasons why your email isnt being received: your ISP is slow or has blocked it as spam, or your mail program has thought it to be junk mail and has put it in your junkmail folder.

ok, I found out that your website is citysecretarial.com.au

I have tried to tick them all so that they will show up, but as you said, it doesn't save it. I have tested on another site, and it does work, so there might be a problem with your site's database. I'll check it out and post my findings in a few minutes.

Hi,

I checked, and your site's database was missing the entry for the contact form fields. I have added it and now all the fields show up.

Please test it and let me know if you receive the email from it or not. If you don't I'll temporarily change it to go to my email address and test it.

Hi,
I changed it to my email address in your settings, and tested, and the form was emailed to me right away. I have forwarded that email to your email address at bigpond.com.
As I said in the email, if you are not getting them then it may be because yopur spam filter is blocking them.

Did you get the email I forwarded to you?

another thing to look at is is the email address correct - eg, should it be @bigpond.com or bigpond.com.au?
is your mailbox full at bigpond?

I also sent a test to your email address by filling out the form.

Yeah fantastic Roger, all is good now, 2 emails have been recieved. Actually setting this up for my mother so just found out she`s got them through.

We have the same problem on innercitydance.com.au
the selection on the settings page as for which form fields to display on the contact page are not saved.

Hi There,

We are also having the same problem on passion4properties.com.au. The selections on the settings page for the contact form don't appear to be saving.

So if someone could have a look at this for me, taht would be great.
