Hi there
website innercitydance.com.au - password xxxxxxxxxxxxxx
the contact us form is supposed to email to the account email xxxxx@yyyy.com.au, however any forms sent through do not arrive at that account.
it could have to do with the fact that the email is hosted on a 3rd party server, rather than yours (?)
Could you please let me know whether it is a setting on our end or something on the freesite?

Hi,
Yes, that would be correct, the system sees the email address as being local because the domain is hosted there, so it doesn't try to look externally to send the email.
