Hi,
All invoices are automatically created with a 30 days due date.
How can that be changed?
In the settings there is an option about how many days the client has to pay.
Even when I put that to 0 the invoice is created with the 30 days due date
Thanks

Hi Dennis,
In the settings is where you set how many days the client has to pay. I just tested it, and set it to 2 days in our test account, created an invoice, and the due date for the invoiuce was January 11.
If you set it to zero, then it will be the default 30 days, because an invoice can't be due in zero days, as zero days doesn't exist, so the system assumes an error. Are you saying you want them to be due immediately? - I can change it so it works off zero days if that's what you want, otherwise, setting it to 1 day will make it due within 24 hours of the recipient receiving it which I think is fair enough. |

Thanks Roger.
No need to change it to be paid immediatelly.
I'll test with different settings!
Thanks again. |

No problem.
Also, no work can be done on the billcue system until January 19th, as I'll be away until then. |
