Hi there,
I am just new on here and am wondering if the monthly fees are directly debited from debit card, or if we need to process the payments manually? Either way, are we sent a reminder to make sure money is either in the account, or the account is payed on time? Are there fees for late monthly payments?

Hi,
For billcue:
The amount needs to be paid manually, or you can pay with credit card, and set it to be automatic by saving the card and seeting a maximum amount to auto-pay in the settings of your invoices area. Unpaid invoices past the due date are charged a $5 per month late fee.
For Freesites:
The $12 is charged to your credit card on the 1st of each month.
Should it fail, you will be automatically emailed that it has failed, and another attempt to collect the $12 wil be made 5 days later.
There is no late payment fees, but if after the 3rd attempt to collect payment (around the 11th of the month) it still fails, then the site gets suspended until payment suceeds.
If it remains suspended for more than 2 months, the account is considered no longer wanted and will be scheduled for removal. |
