Hi,
I was wondering if it would be possible to add a feature that allowed late fee's to be added at a percentage of the invoice amount instead of a set amount?

Hi,
this option has been added. you can set the late fee type in the settings.
It should all be ok, and late fees are added when the cron runs late at night. I'll run some tests over the next few days.
