There could be several reasons for this.
1. Your internet connection may be fully or partially down. If you can see this site, then it's safe to say it isn't your intertnet connection, or it might have been but it's ok now. Go back to your site and hold down your ctrl key while clicking refresh/reload
2. If you can see this, then it's safe to say our hosting server isn't down. If in the future, you can't access your site or this, then rest assured, we are aware of the issue and are working to get the problem rectified as fast as possible.
3. Your domain name may have expired. This could happen without you being warned, if the domain registrar you used to register it is sending emails to an old email address that you no longer use. If Media Two manage your domain name, this will not happen. To check when your domain expires, go to http://www.who.is
4. Your hosting payments have not been made for a while, and your site has been automatically suspended. we try to collect payments on the 1st of each month, and if it fails, 5 days later and 5 days again after that if it failed again. if it still fails, then your site will be suspended. If it is suspended for more than 2 months, it is considered that you no longer want your website, and your account will be deleted. |
