We recommend downloading the Android email app called 'Aquamail'. icon
With Aquamail, all you need to do is supply your email address and password - it does the rest for you.


To configure your Android default mail app for email, please follow these steps:

  1. From the Apps list, click Settings, then the 'Accounts' tab, then 'Add account'.

  2. Tap 'Email'.

  3. Enter your email address and password as provided, then tap 'Next'.

  4. Select POP3 Account as the type of account.

  5. Make sure your username is your full email address, and the security is 'none' as as shown below.

    ** Unwired accounts require authentication on the outgoing mail server. The username is 'username.unwired' and the password is as provided.
    Enter your provider's SMTP (Outgoing) server setting, and use port 25 as per below (see ISP table for common SMTP settings).
